External
Our own aluminium panel skin cladding. Available in 4 colour choices (anthracite grey, slate grey, black or sage green). We have used aluminium for its striking look and zero maintenance - no need for treatment or varnishing
Also as standard we offer a choice of Red Western Cedar or Siberian Larch to the frontal porch area of our rooms. This gives a beautiful contrast against the coloured aluminium and is also low maintenance
We include IRO hard wood timer decking outside. This has a similar look to composite but with a feeling of quality and warmth. Also available in a choice of colours
Two modern LED wall lights are included to finish off the external look and provide year-round light.
Internal
Scandi inspired birch plywood wall panels complete with shadow gaps for a clean and modern look. These panels can also be supplied painted with a choice of Farrow & Ball paint colours for a small additional cost
Internal LED down lights
Two no double sockets, one no single socket and cat 6 point. Electric hook-up supply to be arranged and we can advise on qualified electricians

Additional Information
All our rooms are fully insulated using PIR ridged board insulation (100mm walls & 150mm floor and ceiling) allowing for year round use.
The roof is Firestone with a small gutter to the rear with a run-off.
We offer a 5-year construction guarantee on all our garden rooms.
